What I've learned lately, I'm trying to apply to the oddest thing I've ever faced. I mean that. Over the years I've learned that when you lose, it's best to lose and walk away. But this time, walking away seems to be not part of the plan. It's like being forced to watch as the decision you made has consequences you could never imagine, and having to watch them as they play out. Running away isn't in the cards. I deserve that. I mean that. It's a blessing because it will keep me from being stupid tonight. And tomorrow. It kept me from being stupid yesterday, etc... You get the idea. Whatever your opinion about where I'm at, where I'm at is where I am. And this is what the Bible has to say: Psalm 127 v1: Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. From Jeremiah 10:23...Lord I know that peoples' lives are not their own; it is not for them to direct their steps. From Proverbs 16:1 To huma...
I am thankful for peyton manning scoring 57 points on my fantasy football team.
ReplyDelete'Bout time. Then there's the friendly competition between Washington and Minnesota. They're competing for the title of "Where quarterback careers go to die!"
ReplyDelete"As we start on our path, let us pray to those who help us on the way. Let us pray for them to come to us, and be with us. God, Buddha, Great Spirit, Our Teachers, She who gardens us from above, come to us and help us with this work. We thank you for the earth, for our families, and for us as the shaman that we all are. We thank you for our spirits and our ability to pray, to make to see visions and to speak to power animals and ancient ones.. We thank you for our eyes, our ears, our hands, our bodies, and our lives. Help us tell the truth and help us understand these words. Help us heal ourselves, others we love, and the earth. Thank the powers that you believe in, pray for what you need.
ReplyDeleteLet's pray, friends for those that don't know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Let's pray for those that don't accept the Bible as God's word. Let's also pray for those that can't accept there is one God, one creator of the world, who so loved mankind he gave his only Son, Jesus Christ as a blood sacrifice for our sins.
ReplyDeleteWhile I respect others differing views and always feel free to share them, I do pray to God that all will understand who He is, who Jesus Christ is, and accept Jesus as savior.
Christ has made such a difference in my life. Do I fall occasionally? Yes, but thanks to Jesus, I've found forgiveness of my sins, and a better way to live life. It's my Thanksgiving wish that everyone could know the joy and fulfillment of His love and God's Grace.
Thanks for sharing the comment and I'll pray for you!
